Rib-eye: An outstanding example of USDA Choice at its best; well marbled for peak flavor, deliciously juicy. Werner’s prepares a rib-eye that is 11-13 ounces for the lighter eater, or one that is 14-16 ounces for the beef eater.

Strip Loin: This USDA choice cut has a full-bodied texture that is slightly firmer than a rib-eye. A strip loin is packed with unbelievable flavor, so much so that many consider it the most tasty cut of meat.

T-Bone: This 1” to 11/2” USDA Cut combines the rich flavor of a strip with the tendentious of a fillet.

Sirloin: Thick choice sirloin, lean, with a firm texture.

Fillet: The most tender, elegant steak available. Carved form a tenderloin, the fillet is the most popular steak. The fillet we offer is 7-9 ounces.
